Privacy Policy

1. Privacy at a glance

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

2. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Commerce Crew UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Blutenburgstraße 15
80636 Munich, Germany
Email: hallo@commerce-crew.com

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external service provider. The provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, time of the server request and IP address.

This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — we have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of our website. Log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

4. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries you send to us, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix and the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

5. Contact form

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, the details you provide (name, email address, message) are stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

6. Cookies and consent

This website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device. Technically necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR and § 25 (2) TDDDG. All other cookies — in particular for analytics and marketing purposes — are only set with your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can revoke consent at any time with effect for the future.

7. Google Analytics

Where you have given consent, this website uses the web analytics service Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics enables us to analyse visitor behaviour (e.g. pages viewed, time on site, device used). Visitor IP addresses are processed only in truncated form, so that direct identification is excluded.

This service is used exclusively on the basis of your consent under Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.

Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Google is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details: https://policies.google.com/privacy

8. Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to integrate tracking or statistics tools and other technologies on our website. Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles, store cookies or carry out independent analyses; it only manages and deploys the tools integrated through it. Its use is based on Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the straightforward integration and management of various tools.

9. Your rights

Regarding your personal data stored by us, you have the following rights:

For these matters and any other questions on data protection, contact us at: hallo@commerce-crew.com

10. Right to lodge a complaint

In the event of violations of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged violation. The supervisory authority responsible for us is:

Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA)
Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany
https://www.lda.bayern.de

11. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes to our services. The current version applies to your next visit.
